Go easy on yourself

It's okay to have bad days; they will pass.
Listen to your body and take the rest it needs.
You can not do this by yourself. You will need help, so please accept it.
It's okay to break down and lose control. You have been through so much. You will regain it and keep going, but take your mental health day.
Take the time to grieve your old self. It's a hard thing to do and accept, but when you do, it helps you move forward with your recovery.
It's a marathon, not a sprint, so be patient with yourself and the hurdles.
Last thing, love the new you, despite any physical or mental injuries. At the core, you are still you, and you fight every day to be here. Celebrate you!!!!!
