Grief the things you lost that may include the old version of you but find a reason to rise again!

It's not all butterflies and rainbows on the recovery road. I am just like you. I have good days, bad days, and mostly my new normal days. I wrote this post from my bed since I could not work today due to another day of TBI issues. I don't want to paint a fake picture of how I got to the point I did. It took work and still takes work every single day. You have to remember to STAND after the bad days!!!
